As a tax consultant and business graduate, Martin Stürmer heads the area of company valuations and valuations for corporate transactions and the determination of claims of departing shareholders, beneficiaries of compulsory portions or divorced persons in the case of equalization of profits for ROSE & PARTNER throughout Germany.

Furthermore, compliance and data audits in connection with corporate law issues are a focal point of his activities. Another focus of his work is the analysis and assessment of annual financial statements as well as consolidated financial statements according to national and international accounting principles.

His clients include companies, shareholders, freelancers and high net worth individuals (private clients).
